He is a Science & Technology senior of-ficer at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) with large experience on government politics for technology and innovation development. Dieguez is currently the Deputy Director for Software and IT Services at Secretariat for Infor-mation Technology on MCTI. Is also assistant professor at management school at Catholic University of Brasilia.

Felipe is Science & Technology Technologist at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and is currently the Deputy Chief of Division for Innovation in Software and IT Services on MCTI.

Journalist, specialist in Comunication Management in Organizations, Caroline Coelho holds over ten years of experience in national and international communication. Currentily works as press coordinator of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Inovation. Beyond working for Brazillian newspapers, the journalist background includes also big Public Relations agencies in Brazil.

Graduated in Sociology from the University of Brasília, MSc in Sociology from the same University, PhD in Education in Sciences from Federal University of Santa Maria. He is S&T Analist and Menager in the The National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Fellow Professor and Researcher at University of Brasília. Professional backgrounds in S&T Sociology, Socioeconimics, Heath Sociology, Scientometry, S,T&I management. He is a member of the Administrative Council of SOFTEX.

Rodrigo Lima, Communication & Marketing Coordinator from Start-Up Brasil Program, is an adman graduated in Social Communication with Qualification in Advertising with emphasis in Marketing from Ribeirao Preto University (UNAERP) and postgraduated with Executive MBA in Marketing from Sao Paulo University (USP). He owns an extension course in Marketing from Central College em Sydney, Australia with experience and international living in over 20 countries.

Along over an 10-year career, Rodrigo consolidated experiences in communication and marketing fields, creating and implementing projects in Brazil and abroad, being recognized and awarded by the companies where he worked.
