Mechanical engineer at UERJ, Master of science in industrial engineering at COPPE/UFRJ and PhD on Business Management at Salamanca University (Spain). He is a Science & Technology senior of-ficer at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) with large experience on government politics for technology and innovation development. Dieguez is currently the Deputy Director for Software and IT Services at Secretariat for Infor-mation Technology on MCTI. Is also assistant professor at management school at Catholic University of Brasilia.

Agronomist Engineer at University of Brasília (UnB) and MSc in Agribusiness from the same university. Felipe is Science & Technology Technologist at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and is currently the Deputy Chief of Division for Innovation in Software and IT Services on MCTI.

Journalist, specialist in Comunication Management in Organizations, Caroline Coelho holds over ten years of experience in national and international communication. Currentily works as press coordinator of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Inovation. Beyond working for Brazillian newspapers, the journalist background includes also big Public Relations agencies in Brazil.

Graduated in Sociology from the University of Brasília, MSc in Sociology from the same University, PhD in Education in Sciences from Federal University of Santa Maria. He is S&T Analist and Menager in the The National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). Fellow Professor and Researcher at University of Brasília. Professional backgrounds in S&T Sociology, Socioeconimics, Heath Sociology, Scientometry, S,T&I management. He is a member of the Administrative Council of SOFTEX.

Diônes Lima began his career in the telecommunications industry, working for Telemig Celular, Contax and Oi. Lima worked in the banking and automotive sectors via FPT Powertrain company as Legal Affairs, in the areas of Intellectual Property, Brand Protection and Product Innovation of Fiat Chrysler.

He holds certifications by the Universidad de Salamanca, PUC Minas and Mackenzie University, with specialization in Intellectual Property, Business Law and Training of Entrepreneurial, Economics and Management Skills.

Currently, Lima is getting his Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, he is a member of the Red Internacional de Emprendimiento – AFIDE.

In his trajectories at Softex, he worked for more than two years as Business Competitiveness manager, in the areas of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Internationalization of Enterprises. In this period three actions stand out: organization of the Innovation and entrepreneurship area, creation of the program “TI de Impacto” and feasibility of the operational management of the Start-up Brazil program.

Graduated in Administration from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2005),  Master in Business Administration from Faculdade Boa Viagem (2010) and PhD Candidate in Computer Science at CIn / UFPE. He has been working for more than 8 years in fostering digital startups in Brazil at C.E.S.A.R and Porto Digital, among other institutions. At Porto Digital, as the Incubation Coordinator, He was responsible for the setup and management of CAIS do Porto, recognized in 2013 by ANPROTEC – Brazilian Association of Science Parks and Business Incubators as the best incubator for local and sectoral development in Brazil, and Portomídia. International experience in the Inter-American Development Bank – IDB in Washington, DC.

Rodrigo Lima, Communication & Marketing Coordinator from Start-Up Brasil Program, is an adman graduated in Social Communication with Qualification in Advertising with emphasis in Marketing from Ribeirao Preto University (UNAERP) and postgraduated with Executive MBA in Marketing from Sao Paulo University (USP). He owns an extension course in Marketing from Central College em Sydney, Australia with experience and international living in over 20 countries.

Along over an 10-year career, Rodrigo consolidated experiences in communication and marketing fields, creating and implementing projects in Brazil and abroad, being recognized and awarded by the companies where he worked.
